When you identify as the person in the story, you are living illusion, not Reality

Reality is beyond the person, and the story

Let your mind tell a story

Don’t try to stop it from telling a story

Just observe the story it is telling

Observe the “I” in the story

Who is the “I” in the story?

Is the “I” you?

If the “I” is you, then who is observing the “I”?
