Meditation is a dimension in which you experience Yourself in a state of Being.

Being is a state of non-doing.

When you experience Yourself in a state of Being, you experience Yourself in a state of non-doing.

When you experience Yourself in a state of non-doing, you experience Yourself simply existing as Awareness.

Awareness is Silent and Still.

Silence and Stillness are the nature of your Being.

Silence is a dimension beyond all noise.

When you experience Silence, you experience a dimension beyond all noise.

Stillness is a dimension beyond all movement.

When you experience Stillness, you experience a dimension beyond all movement.

You are a dimension beyond all noise.

You are a dimension beyond all movement.

You are Silence.

You are Stillness.

Meditation is a dimension in which you experience Silence and Stillness.

It is a dimension in which you experience Yourself.
