Grieving is not simply feeling pain

It is attaching to pain

You are attaching to pain because you think you lost something

You did not lose anything

Think about it

What do you have?

You do not have anything

What you think you have is an illusion

You do not have anything

You cannot lose what you do not have

So, you did not lose anything

Loss is an illusion

Observe the story your mind is projecting

When you observe the story your mind is projecting, you experience yourself beyond the story

When you experience yourself beyond the story, you stop identifying with the person in the story

When you stop identifying with the person in the story, you stop thinking you lost something

When you stop thinking you lost something, you stop attaching to pain

When you stop attaching to pain, you stop grieving

When you stop grieving, you stop suffering
